Share What You LOVE!

I LOVE STAMPING! And I love this Specialty Designer Series Paper (DSP) called Share What You Love. Today I want to show you two very different cards using the same DSP.

The card pictured left is a card from my May Stamp Therapy class. And the card to the right is a Thank you I made using my adhesive sheets.

A tip for adhering the ribbon is to cover the back of the punch with SNAIL adhesive and lay the ribbon into place (see photo). Once the ribbon is just how you like it, do a layer of dimensionals over the ribbon to help keep it in place.

Card composition:
1-Base is Thick Whisper White cut 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", folded in half.
2-Grapefruit Grove cut 4" x 5-1/4" then embossed using the Lovely Floral Embossing folder (a little higher than center).
3-Half of a Pearlized doilie.
4-Share What You Love DSP cut 1" x 4".
5-Petal Pink is punched out with the Pretty Label Punch after stamping with the Grapefruit Grove from the set Love What You Do. See tip above for how to best adhere the ribbon.

Thank you card composition:
1-Base is Petal Pink cut 5-1/2" x 8-1/2", folded in half.
2-Share What You Love DSP cut 4" x 5-1/4".
3-Basic Black backed with adhesive sheet prior to cutting out with the Big Shot, using the Thank You Thinlet.

I was able to get 6 Thank you sentiments cut from one half sheet of Basic Black. As you can see below, one was actually the Happy Birthday ... but it would have been 6 since the Happy Birthday is larger.

Thanks for sharing my love of stamping! Stop back on Wednesday to see what I'm working on for the best day of the year!!! WORLD CARD MAKING DAY!!

Happy Stamping!
Autumn
