I love my Birthday! Don't worry it isn't until October so you have plenty of time to make my card (just kidding). I always include a birthday card as one of my cards for the monthly stamp therapy class.

I often use the catalog to inspire me when I'm trying to break out of a stamping rut. Some of my goals for this card where to make a guy card and also use the Wood Textures 6 x 6" DSP. With my card, I attempted to match the layout, but realized in the process that the card from the catalog must be an unusual size to accomplish the spacing. I did have a little trouble with the background stamps but found the Playful Backgrounds (pg 141) would work instead.
I know many guys secretly love to get handmade cards! I hope you can create this for a dude in your life.
